As Senior Clinical Director of Doctor Leadership, he applies practical skills and real-world experiences to his approach to education and mentoring. He takes great pride in helping every doctor become the leader of their practice.

With 14 years of experience as a clinical hygienist and mentor, Kieran is passionate about helping hygienists grow their careers and their personal satisfaction. In the two-part Hygiene Empowerment series, she blends guided learning with interactive discussion to help hygienists discover the traits that will help them become even stronger leaders and providers.

Amanda works with clinical and business professionals across the company to support their commitment to grow their leadership skills, both personal and professional.

Dr. Berlin is one of the top cosmetic dentists in the U.S. He is passionate about teaching and supports doctors from around the world. As Clinical Director of Aesthetics, Dr. Berlin runs Heartland Dental’s Aesthetic Continuum — the largest, live, hands-on cosmetic training program in the country.

With a degree in strategic communications and 9 years of education experience at Heartland Dental, Luis brings passion and energy to teaching one of HDU’s most impactful courses. In Communications Training, Luis brings the entire supported dental office team together to learn how to authentically communicate their WHY.

Dr. Hanson is a full-time practicing doctor with a focus on surgery and implants in his West Highland Dental and Brownstown Dental Practices. As a Clinical Director, he teaches doctors how to perform safe, high-quality implants so this important procedure is more accessible to patients across all Heartland Dental supported offices.

Yolanda began her career as a dental hygienist in Central Ohio and is currently Manager for Doctor Education Development. Her passion for education led her to roles as a clinical hygiene mentor, instructor, and course developer. She created HDU’s Standard Level Laser Certification in partnership with the Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Dobbs graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2005 and has worked with Heartland Dental since 2009. He is passionate about both teaching and performing endodontic procedures so that patients — both his own and those of his students — can be relieved of pain.
