PTO / Holidays
All full-time supported doctors enjoy the flexibility to take time off in a way that best fits their lifestyle, and also to determine coverage plans that make sense in the office. Our supported practices observe six paid holidays annually, and full-time supported office team members are eligible to accrue at least two weeks of paid time off per year.

Doctor Mastery Program
Take your professional career farther with Heartland Dental’s signature Doctor Mastery Program. In the DMP, a comprehensive five-year program open to all Heartland Dental supported dentists, you will train advanced clinical skills alongside expert clinicians and businesspeople. The goal? To help you become a leader in your chosen discipline. And participating doctors who complete all program requirements will receive a “mastery bonus” of up to $250,000.
